A Cooperation Agreement is concluded between the National Diaspora Agency and the Quality  Assurance Agency in Higher Education (QAAHE), to fulfill the commitments under Decision no. 686, dated 02.09.2020 of the Council of Ministers "On the criteria for awarding scholarships to foreign nationals of Albanian origin, to study in the Republic of Albania, by the National Diaspora Agency for the academic year 2020-2021".

Thanks to this cooperation, foreign citizens of Albanian origin benefit from scholarships to attend a study program in Albania. More specifically, this agreement provides additional criteria and priority areas for these citizens who will apply to benefit from 9 scholarships awarded from the Republic of Albania for foreign citizens of Albanian origin from Ukraine, the Arbëresh community in Italy, Croatia and Bulgaria for the academic year 2020-2021.
