On March 14-17, the Director of ASCAL Mrs. Xhiliola Bixheku, and the Head of Relations with the Accreditation and Internationalization Board, Mr. Erion Xhako, participated in a staff exchange in Madrid, Spain, at the Agencia Nacional de Evaluación de la Calidad y Acreditación (ANECA), within the project "Implementation and Innovation in QA through peer learning" (IMINQA), in which ENQA participates.

During these days, fruitful meetings were held with ANECA colleagues to discuss and obtain good practices on topics related to external evaluation procedures within the accreditation of HEIs and study programs, the involvement of students and stakeholders in the processes of external evaluation, the process and journey followed by ANECA within the framework of membership as a full member in ENQA and EQAR, as well as to exchange the best experiences in the field of quality assurance in higher education.
