On June 24-25, 2021, the visits of the External Evaluation Groups within the periodic accreditation of the University of Sports of Tirana began. The External Evaluation Teams consist of 2 foreign experts, and 2 local experts selected by ASCAL and the Accreditation Board, assisted by ASCAL representatives.

The visits took place in the premises of the University of Sports of Tirana, where they successfully held all the meetings foreseen in the agenda approved in advance by the External Evaluation Group. Although in difficult conditions from the COVID-19 pandemic, the institution had taken all the necessary measures to conduct all meetings and visits to the institution.
